Well, let me introduce myself....

My name is Brandi Gore and I have been working in the scrapbook industry for 10 years. I currently work and teach classes at a local scrapbook store, as well as teach classes every year at the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbooking Convention.

More and more customers I work with have been asking for help using their Cricut, specifically the Design Studio Software.

I finally sat down to figure out the answers to their questions once and for all. Now let me tell you, it wasn't long until I was FRUSTRATED! I'd like to think I am a pretty computer savvy gal, but I found that I was spending a lot of time and energy guessing what I should be doing, only to find that it didn't work.
